Can I claim private health rebates?

You can claim your rebate with your health fund. We will email you a receipt so you can send this to your provider. We apologise if this is an inconvenience, but it allows us to pass cost savings to you so we can offer quality care without the hefty fees.

Is there a receptionist?

All our admin is done by virtual reception. If you call or email us we will contact you within 24 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that it can be a bit tricky to get hold of us so we are not implementing a cancellation fee for short notice or no shows. We hope to keep it this way. We do appreciate it if a voicemail, sms or email can be sent to us so we can make your time available to someone else.

Can I claim medicare rebates?

All referrals from a GP under a chronic disease management plan (or EPC) will need to be claimed through medicare directly. We can email you with a receipt to do this.
